The applicant who has the highest priority housing need will be contacted to progress their application to the next stage.

Bidding is the way in which you register your interest in a particular property. This means you will not be offered homes that you would not accept or find suitable and you will not be able to bid on homes that do not meet your household requirements. However, if you do not bid, you will not be considered for any properties. 

In certain circumstances, we can arrange for automatic bidding. Please ask us about this if you are not able to see advertised properties and need assistance.

A bid is an expression of interest in a property, there is no monetary value involved. You can bid on any homes you see advertised which you would like to apply for.

Banding prioritises applicants based on their housing need. Your application will be banded according to your circumstances and information provided in your application. There are four bands:

• Platinum – urgent housing need 

• Gold – high housing need 

• Silver – low housing need 

• Bronze – low need or adequately housed

This is to ensure your application is up to date and we have the correct contact details.  To complete a review, click "Update Application” on the navigation bar above. 

Click on “Update application”, enter your Household ID, password and security question/answer, log in and click on 'Report a change of circumstances. 

Click on “ login to bid”  on the home screen to enter your Household ID and Password. If you have forgotten your password there is a link to reset it.
