In order to maintain our commitment to building great communities and support our current housing customers please note Loreburn has a separate lettings plan for our new build developments which is detailed in our Choice Based Lettings Policy. The majority of the properties will be let to waiting list and transfer applicants, with10% held for priority cases, and 25% for people affected by homelessness referred by the local authority.
