These properties will be much sought after which means some applicants will be left disappointed. However, with our large development programme ongoing applicants will have an opportunity to bid for other suitable new build properties in the coming months. In order to maintain our commitment to building great communities and support our current housing customers please note Loreburn has a separate lettings plan for our new build developments which is detailed in our Choice Based Lettings Policy. The majority of the properties will be let to waiting list and transfer applicants, with10% held for priority cases, and 25% for people affected by homelessness referred by the local authority.

Bidding is open for all applicants and will close on Wednesday 10 November 2021 at 12 noon.

Please note that your list position is prioritised by banding, not on a first come first serviced basis and priority will be given to applicants who require a ground floor bedroom and wet floor shower room.
