Overview

The fully accessible properties also include a range of dementia friendly design features to support the independence of anyone who might have or go on to develop memory difficulties. Although not exclusively for anyone living with dementia, the design principles will ensure these homes support the independence of anyone who may go on to develop memory difficulties.
Our focus is to ensure our customers long term needs are met; health and support requirements will be assessed at point of property allocation however these properties maintain the flexibility to provide enhancements and/or adaptations.
